His professional & academic portfolios include numerous developments, including land planning, mixed-use, hospitality, municipal, residential, commercial, office, medical & retail projects; represented throughout Southwestern USA. Prior to his current career, Phillip was a member of the elite United States Navy Submarine Force. As a Service Connected Disabled Veteran, he was Honorably Discharged with a 40% service-connected disability rating in 1997. At the completion of his tour of duty, Phillip maintained a security clearance & was an E-5 Special Acoustics & SONAR Systems Supervisor, charged with the overall sound silencing & SONAR operations. Phillip earned his silver dolphins in 1993.
